Your pack shipment

Our parcel shipments have full coverage on national territory and Andorra. The packets are sent in three or four days on the peninsula after receipt of payment and are shipped via Post providing a link to track your package online. Those products we send to Andorra, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will take four to five days. We always commit ourselves to receive your order within a period of 10 days since the payment is. In this last case we will keep you informed promptly. If you need a shipment within a time frame or abroad, contact us and we will confirm shipment.

If the product is not available you can contact us and we will try as soon as possible to convey the products.

Changes and returns

Returns

According to the Law of the Retail Trade as well as regulated by Community legislation (Directive 97/7 / EC), the customer has 7 days from receipt to voluntarily give up your purchase. No refunds will be issued until receipt of the products.

Changes

The customer can change any of the products (except custom) for another of equal or greater amount, as long as it is returned to BASTIANSWORLD in perfect condition and has not been manipulated in any way, except for opening the packaging. Otherwise the product can not be changed. In the event that the product is of greater amount the customer must pay the difference. The customer who will assume the management and the shipping costs of returned items no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of products.

In the event that at the time of delivery the product is faulty or to send our mistake, he must notify within 24 hours of receiving the email ventas@bastiansworl with its corresponding order number. Once the producer receives the packet with its original packaging and check the defective cause, BASTIANSWORLD make a full refund through the same means by which the order was paid or send in your same or a defect of the same features.
